Ticket Sales Policy


The Rehoboth Beach Film Society appreciates audience support. When a film is programmed, there are corresponding financial commitments that RBFS must fulfill. To be able to cover those costs and to ensure consistency in our practices, the following ticket sales terms were established.

  1. Admission may be purchased to RBFS events as follows:

    In advance for your convenience:

    • Online (when available).  Online payments must be made by Visa or MasterCard
      Note: Physical tickets are not issued. Please bring verification of your online reservation to the event and give your name at the entrance.
    • In person at the RBFS office. Payments may be made by Visa or MasterCard, check, or cash.
    • By phone to the RBFS office. Phone payments must be made by Visa or MasterCard.

    At the door (if seats are still available):

    • In person starting 30 minutes before the event starts. Payment must be made in cash.


  2. A RBFS member discount, when available, is for a current member only.

  4. In order to receive the member discount, each member must show a current membership card (when paying in person), or enter the current membership ID number (when paying online).

  6. When a RBFS member discount is offered, each member is eligible to purchase just one discounted ticket per event. The second member, using his or her member ID number, may also purchase one discounted ticket per event.

  8. Refunds will not be issued for admissions purchased in advance unless the program is cancelled due to inclement weather, an equipment failure, or non-usability of the venue.

  10. In most cases, refunds will be processed by the RBFS Main Office and issued in the form of a check.
